David (Dave) has been in aviation since 1987 where he started in the USAF as a structures technician working on the SR-71 and B-2. After the serving in the USAF he worked for Airborne Express as a structures lead technician, aircraft inspector, quality assurance auditor and as an out base line maintenance manager. 

Then before joining Boeing Dave lead the 121/ATOS certification as the Director of Quality/Chief Inspector (employee #5) for a start-up airline in the Midwest.

Dave joined Boeing in October of 2006 on the GoldCare (CAS Fleet Services) team in the role of Quality manager for Fleet Management/ GoldCare/Boeing Shanghai/Aviation Information Systems, and was a post-holder establishing the Boeing EASA Part M certification in the UK. David was part of the India MRO team and acquired experience in customer and national regulatory agency engagements around the world promoting the GoldCare safety management system. David served in multiple senior manager roles; Senior Quality Manager within the 747-8 program, Flight Services Quality, Regulatory Affairs & Flight Standards Leader responsible for the oversight of a worldwide training organization, BCA Supplier Quality Program, East America Regional Operations leader, 737 Quality Leader focused on establishing the China Completion and Delivery Center, and his final role as the Fabrication Metals Quality Leader. 

In 2020 Dave served as the Wisk Enterprise Safety and Quality Leader. The role covered operational safety, implementing the Part 5 SMS, EHS, production quality, quality engineering, supplier quality, compliance, internal audit along with the implementation of AS9100.

Dave has a passion to develop individuals resulting in an engaged resilient team with a proven track record of effective leadership with the ability to patiently influence stakeholders and an organization.

He is a FAA certified Airframe & Power plant technician, Lean Systems Certified, has a Bachelors of Science in Professional Aeronautics, minor in Safety through Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters of Organizational Leadership, certificate of Servant Leadership through Gonzaga University.
